I really don't know if I came across this recipe somewhere or if I made it up. This has to be one of the easiest crockpot recipes I have. Tastes great and it's filling!
You can variate your meat between chunks of pork, ground pork, diced chicken or ground turkey...whatever is on sale.
Another great thing about this dish other than its simplicity is it is also lean and healthy.
Makes 6 large servings
4 med potatoes, cut into cubes
1 lb bag of frozen grean beans
2 T chicken bouillon granules or 2 large cubes
3 C water
1/2 tsp black pepper
Eat hot with crackers.

1 lb pork, cut into cubes4 med potatoes, cut into cubes
1 lb bag of frozen grean beans
2 T chicken bouillon granules or 2 large cubes
3 C water
1/2 tsp black pepper
DIRECTIONS
In large crockpot, mix in all ingredients. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours.Eat hot with crackers.
TIPS
- Trim any extra fat off the meat
- Add mixed vegetables if you like
- For more brothy stew, add more water
