Quick and Easy. Makes 4 servings.
INGREDIENTS
1 can (10oz) cream of mushroom soup
3/4 C milk
2 T parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 C chopped fresh broccoli
1 C sliced fresh carrots
2 1/2 C cooked macaroni (or any pasta on hand)
1 C cooked, diced chicken
DIRECTIONS
In medium saucepan over medium heat, mix all ingredients EXCEPT macaroni and chicken. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until carrots are fork tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in macaroni and chicken and heat through. Serve hot with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese on top.
